Tim Hortons’ Drive-Thru Surprise-Thru

Tim Hortons’ customers are surprised and delighted when their favourite neighborhood drive-thru window is turned into a game show - with customers winning prizes.

Synopsis:

The Tim Hortons Drive-Thru Surprise-Thru turns the Tim Hortons Drive-Thru experience into a game show by mixing the “hidden camera” style of a prank show with the unsuspecting game show elements of  “Cash Cab”.

Imagine: With cameras secretly rolling, an unsuspecting driver ready for their Tim Hortons cup slowly pulls up to give their order...but the voice on the intercom makes a quip, or delivers a comic pun. Unusual, but nothing to raise any alarm bells. So they move to the window…

And instead of the usual Tim Horton’s employee - a celebrity “host” delivers their cup of coffee AND the news: They’re on Tim Hortons Drive-Thru Surprise-Thru.

They’ll get Three Trivia questions on a specific theme - maybe NHL trivia or general Canadiana - for a chance to win outlandish prizes to drive away with.

Some of the questions might even trigger larger stunts...perhaps the answer: Cirque Du soleil magically summons some gymnasts to do some tricks around the customer’s vehicle or ANOTHER celebrity!

With careful choreographed hidden cameras, pre-determined questions and a live feed to the drive thru window, all strategically scheduled to avoid peak hours and minimize disruption, we’ll collect moments of joy and surprise the only way Tim Horton’s can: Fresh and good.
